-- ANNE RINALDI-NONAMAKER (Central and North Naples Area) --
Anne is a Professional Personal Coach and Group Leader in the Naples area. She came to Naples in 1991 from Waterbury, CT and has loved it ever since, never looking back. Anne specializes in home watches and over-nights and is also our "Computer Goddess." If you have simple needs on a technical nature, Anne can probably help you out. Anne is also our "go-to" girl should we experience a timing conflict or illness in our daily business.

-- MAURICIO ARBELAEZ (Central and North Naples Area) --
Mauricio is a lifetime pet lover and is one of our key LHAPS associates specializing in dog exercising. Born in Columbia, his family has resided in the Naples area for nearly 20 years and worked for Coca-Cola for over 16 years as a product quality and safety supervisor making him our "safety specialist." Mauricio's works in our cleaning services taking advantage of his meticulous cleaning skills and ability to cover large homes quickly but very effectively. Mauricio also provides handyman services as needed and is a part time sales specialist at Home Depot. We don't want him to go full time though...our customers love him too much!

-- YVONNE NICKERSON (Central/South Naples, Marco Island) --
Yvonne is our cleaning "tornado" taking a lead in our home cleaning services for central/south Naples. Her attention to detailed cleaning is stunning. If you have a premium home and have never had a home clean to "hospital standards," she is the gal. Yvonne is also a cat lover and spoils her little "Gordie" with his daily puddin' (his favorite yogurt).

-- VASHTI WATSON (North and East Naples Area) --
Vashti moved to Naples several years ago from the Washington DC area, leaving an executive management career behind for a more relaxed lifestyle. She has recently started her own business, making and distributing all-natural, healthy horse treats (dog treats are coming soon!). In addition to two cats, Vashti owns a 9 year-old QuarterHorse Arabian mare.

A lifelong affection for horses expanded to real knowledge over the last five years of training, lessons, grooming and learning and practicing the workings of a horse barn. She does light grooming and care for several retired show horses when their "parents" travel, and is available to give your horse a spa day and you a day off from mundane barn chores!

Our services focus on the convenience and safety through monitoring and serving a client’s home and pets.Some of our typical services include the following:
• Take in mail and newspapers and take out trash.
• Rotate lights, check all doors and windows.
• Pet visits including feeding, exercise, play, medication, and minor grooming, in-home overnight stays.
• Dog walking & exercise.
• Provide after hours, emergency visits for people that become stranded thus unable to return home in a timely manner.
• Meet potential home buyers & renters
• Make spot home inspections before a rental guest has visits or after one has departed.
• Monitor service persons such as pool maintenance or lawn care.
• Pickup and transport pets to a groomer, or veterinarian, for emergency health care.
• Run simple errands including shopping, banking, drugstore, and mail services.

OTHER SERVICES
Through our wide range of contacts, we are able to provide additional long term services and support should the customer request. Some additional functions include the following:
• Meet, and even coordinate, home maintenance and repair companies on a daily or weekly basis.
Consult, coordinate, and monitor home improvements and interior decorations.
• Assist in inspecting homes for basic quality of living assessments.
• Provide independent home inspections and opinions for visitors and potential new home owners looking at moving into the area.
